About Pentlands Backpackers Hostel
Welcome to Pentlands Backpackers Hostel.We are a spacious, character filled home sitting on 2500sqm of park-like grounds in the heart of Mt Eden ( one stage from central city), nearly all our rooms look out onto open space with very mature trees, enjoy the recently renovated bathrooms and large kitchen or simply take in the quiet surroundings on our sunny deck and out door garden tables. The hostel is located between two major shopping centre's including Countdown supermarket and is only a short walk away. We have plenty of free off street parking for cars and campervans. All beds are made up with sheets and duvets.

small double bedroom, but the hostel is really clean, kitchen, bathroom, etc
and not so close to bus stop.
Anyhow if you like nature, and not to share with a lot of people, I think it is a good choice.

The double room was excellent, very spacious, comfortable and clean. The common areas weren't a welcoming place because they share the yard and there's a lot of mess around, and there's no kitchen, which is hard for those who depend on cooking. Overall a good stay.

The whole place has a very lively atmosphere, but there's enough space to keep to yourself if you really want. Fantastic showers, the room was ok, good kitchen and lovely porch area.

we could not find the place, called the receptionist.He did not take the trouble to direct us sincerely.
When we reached there my family was sepaterd from one corner to another although we made booking far in advance.Imangine we had to run to each other romms for things.
Very noisy and can u imagine putting my family near the receptionist where the phone was ringing, when asked about the arrangement, he said it was like that.BAD.
