Period A,C : cancellation submitted less than 14 days before arrival date will incur first night charge. No show will incur full period charge.

Period B : cancellation submitted less than 7 days before arrival date will incur first night charge. No show will incur full period charge.

Period D : cancellation submitted less than 3 days before arrival date will incur first night charge. No show will incur full period charge

Period of occupancy

Room will be available for occupancy after 2 p.m.on arrival's day, check out time is 12.00 a.m., room used between 01.00 p.m.

until 06.00 p.m will charge 50% of contract rate. Room used beyond 06.00 p.m. will be charge with full amount from contract rate.

In addition of room for day-use up to space available.

Maximum guests allow in room : 3 Adults, 2 Adult +1 Child, 3 Adult +1 Infant or 2 Adult+ 1 Infant

Maximum number One Children under 10 years old sharing existing Twin/Double bed with adults.

Inclusive & Complimentary Policy

Complimentary on room only for child under 10 years old sharing a room with parents without extra bed, only breakfast will becharge @ 150Baht /nett/person
