You will find our comfortable house Villa Vilma at the beginning of Sukosan which is a small tourist settlement with the biggest yacht marina on the Adriatic coast.
From the centre of the town Zadar, it is a 10 km drive to the south and we are 150 metres from the sea. We also offer bike rental and organise trips to the National Park Kornati, Krka, Plitvice, Paklenica, Rafting on river Zrmanja, sightseeing in the town of Zadar.
During your stay in our house you are free to use the garden grill and its accessories or you can order grilled fish or meat, with domestic wine prepared in a dalmatian style.
The centre and capital of the Dalmatian region for centuries, this city has a rich heritage of world importance, visible at every step. There is the Roman Forum from the 1st century, and St. Donatus' Church from the 9th century is the most famous medieval basilica and trademark of the city.
Other attractions include the reconstructed Romanesque St. Grisigono's Church from the 12th century and the St. Mary's bell tower from the year 1105. There are the mighty fortification walls with first class Seafarer's and Land gates from the 16th century followed by the Three and Five Wells Squares as well as many palaces, villas and other historic monuments.

The house is only 150 metres from the sea. Just 10 km away is the town of Zadar, with its railway and bus station and ferry service to local islands.
Zadar Airport (ZAD): Approximate driving time to Villa Vilma is 15 minutes and distance is 7 kilometres (4.5 miles).
Getting there: Taxis are available outside the airport. Alternatively, airport transfers can be arranged by staff at the front desk(Price in one direction is 20 eur).
Getting around: The town can be traversed on foot, but hiring a car or taking a bus or taxi is advised for visiting outlying areas.
