My friends and I had a really lovely stay at the Angkor Spirit Palace. Cameron and his staff were really helpful, the room was excellent and the pool was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying at the Angkor Spirit Palace.

About Angkor Spirit Palace

The wonderful building occupied by the Angkor Spirit Palace was built in 1988 as a cultural centre to teach aspiring artists the gentle but exacting art of traditional Apsara dancing.

The building is unique and displays many elements of traditional Khmer architecture.

The owner/operators of this new hotel - Mr Khim Chamroeun and Mrs Khim Chandany - saw the potential to use this wonderful building as a hotel and to share it with visitors to Siem Reap.

The unique design and structure was maintained but they carefully converted the interior into a first-class hotel with modern amenities. Then they added an external bar with traditionally thatched roof and a salt-water pool.

Angkor Spirit Palace is located away from the direct noise and bustle of the city but just a short drive from the airport (15-minutes), Angkor Wat (20-minutes) and the centre of Siem Reap (5-minutes).

Spirit room (Double Single or Twin)

We have eight of these rooms which are each around 20 square meters in size with twin beds (two large single beds), plus bathroom and face to garden views

Palace room (Double Single)

These five rooms are each 24 square meters with a King-size double bed plus large bathroom with shower cubicle and front pool view pool views .

Angkor room (Triple or Twin)

These 10 rooms are a huge 44 square meters, each with either two King-size double beds, or three large single beds. Plus a large bathroom with shower cubicle and garden view, face to garden view,
