they give us a cool welcome,
they don't speak at all.
they had made a mistake with the room, so they gave us a room for 3 peaple with an extra bed for the 4th one ,
so it was very very small. nobody gave us an explication.
they also made a mistake for the bill (more than 200euros)so we had to refuse it ,after a phone call they give us the right bill but without any apologize nor explanation.
