We are a NEW small Bed and Breakfast (not a hostel), opened this year

Some rooms have a private garden together.

The BnB is in the area with the best restaurants en bars from the city! this is where the Valencianos go out. and 2 blocks from the old town.

We are a young couple of 25 and 30 years old, After our year of traveling through South America we opened our own Bed and Breakfast.

We want to make you feel at home as much as possible and help you with finding the best activities like renting a bike going to museums and the beach etc.

This is our opening year so we work with a special discount of 25% (already applied on the prices showed on this website)

when it says ensuite this means you have your private bathroom that you don´t have to share (one of the private bathrooms is in front of the room, as an extra this room has a computer MAC mini)

From the airport take the metro to station XATIVA (the train station Renfe Estación Del Nord).
When you get out of the metro make sure you walk past the Plaza de toros having it on your right side until you reach the El corte ingles, go right into the calle de Ruzafa, walk straight until the big crossing, here you go left into the Gran via del marques del turia, (a street where you can walk in the middle and has lot´s of trees, now the second street on your right is our street Calle Taquigrafo Marti 10 with ABC on the bell. this is a 5 to 10min walk
