We offer quality, hotel style accommodation for a better price. A new small guesthouse in the heart of Valencia, in an area with the best restaurants and bars. Rooms are excellently furnished and we provide all you need for an enjoyable stay, we have rooms with their private bathroom, and around the corner at ABCyou Cadarso, 4 rooms with 2 shared bathrooms these rooms have a nice view on one of the most special squares of Valencia.

We are a new small guesthouse in the heart of Valencia area L´eixample, with the best restaurants and bars of the city.

Our B&B has a total of 12 rooms which are big some with balconies and street view, and some with a garden view. We are located at one of the main ‘Fallas’ squares in Valencia.

All of our private bathroom rooms have their own Apple Mac mini on a Plasma screen, as well as tdt TV a comfortable double bed, tea and coffee maker and a bottle of mineral water, free high speed WIFI access, a TV with a lot of channels, breakfast between 8.30 am and 10.30am. at ABCyou Marti

There are 2 'dutch' bikes for rent on daily bases.

Linen, and towels are also included in the price, your room will be cleaned every day. We will give you all the information about Valencia and tell you about the best bars and restaurants and the cultural agenda.

We also have a new cradle (ask for availability since we only have one)
