Overall a good stay. The only thing I didn't like is, that they started to have some birds and other animals caged up for the tourists since my last visit in 2009. They have 2 asian palm civets caged up in a much to small cage for animals like that.

Overall a good stay. The only thing I didn't like is, that they started to have some birds and other animals caged up for the tourists since my last visit in 2009. They have 2 asian palm civets caged up in a much to small cage for animals like that. For me personally that is an absolute "no-go" because that is inapropriate for this species and means a lot of stress for them. The management should really consider cancelling this keeping of animals...

My room was extremely dirty. There were stains all over the sheets. My room was right next to the office which was very noisy up until about 1 in the morning. Didn't get one good night sleep. The office was very unhelpful, didn't seem to know much about Sanur as every question I asked they didn't know the answer. Breakfast was good considering what you pay to stay there. Other then breakfast the food is horrible, so you better eat out. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable.

The staff is very friendly, they helped us a lot to travel around the island. The restaurant food is also nice.
The service is very slow as in all Bali, we needed to get used.
Just one problem, we booked a cheaper room,but when we arrrived this room is no air con. It is not clear at www.travellerspoint.com which room has air con.

Magda is very friendly and makes a point to know your name once you check in. She is more than helpful when you have questions and if she doesn't know the answer, she'll find someone who does.
We stayed at Prima for a total of 10 days and considered it home. The entire staff has welcomed us and taken care of everything, all we had to do was ask!
