A very nice apartment with great facillities and impressive value. Located 6 km (3 miles) from Berlin City - not a problem with a bike, but a issue without. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very recommendable.

About Berlin apartment 1

Close to the S-Bahn (surburban railroad) Neukoln and and tube-station Linstr is 3 -5 minutes walking distance,Close to the museum of natural science, gallery for modern art , the former Berlin wall. Internet café, theatre and all the shopping facilities are within 5 minutes walking distance.

Check in time: From 14.00 pm

Check out time : Before 11 .00am

Arrivals after 22.00pm and public holidays all time must pay extra 20 euros

These are 1 for 2 people or 4people with basic cooking facilities and with shared bath room facilities also availble.It is affordable price for frequent flyers and family holidays.
We don't charge for cleaning but you have to leave the apartment in the same condition otherwise you have to pay the cleaning fee 30 euros either credit card or cash.Arraivals after 22pm must pay 20 euros extra.
for credit card payment there is a handling fee of 2.5%

Easy acess from Berlin Schonefeld Airport and Tegel Airport.
Berlin city centre is within 20 minutes by underground. Berlin map: http://www.berlin.de/stadtplan/map.
Underground stations Leiner or Hermann str (U 8) and several Bus lines.
From Bahnhof Zoologischer garten you need approx. 15-20 minutes by taxi.
From Tegel Airport take the airport express bus to U-Bhf/subway station 'Jakob-Kaiser-Platz', then take the underground. From the Tempelhof Airport it is only a few minutes by bus, direction 'Neukölln' .
