There are three rooms, kitchen, dining room and living room. In a front is a long balcony with magnificent view.

In a close vicinity of the house is Francirean monastery from 15th century which is today one of the symbols of luxuriant Croatian's history. Location of the apartment as only house in the close area in combination with Francirean monastery gives one special opus and experience to each visitor.

People are burdened with their jobs and everydays obligations today. If you need to relax your mind and soul in real natural environment than this is place where you should come.

This guesthouse is surrounded with world known Mediterranean greenery, located in solitude where you can hear the sound of birds signing in the morning, enjoy in authentic home made food, have a long walks through the meadows, visit Dubrovnik which is 20km away and come back to the apartment and abandon yourself to your own peaceful atmosphere.
