By plane, shuttle bus will take you to Milan central station. you go back passing the railway tunnel, passing the first traffic light,go ahead 10m arriving second traffic light and turn right along Via Ponte Seveso arriving another traffic light, you'l meet Viale Lunigiana, n.4
If you do not like walk you can take tram 5, tram 2 and bus 42 from right part of central station(piazza IV Novembre) 2 stops to the hostel(viale Lunigiana 4).It will take 6min to walk.
