A very good priced apartment. It has everything you need: A well-equiped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and the bathroom, everything in good conditions. It is not located in the city center, but in a 4 minutes walk you are in a S-Bahn station and from there, in 15 minutes in Friedrichstrasse, city center (Branderburg Gate is just 2 stops later, like 17 minutes).

About Friedi´s Apartment - Beate Richter

Friedi´s offers a self-catering apartment for three person in Berlin.

This Friedi´s apartment provides very attractive accommodation with double bed, a single bed and a completely equipped kitchen at your disposal. You will feel at home. Towels and bed linen are provided. If you want to spare your travel budget, here you can serve your food yourself. In immediate surroundings of the apartment you can find three restaurants more differently of national kitchen as well as a pub, a Kaiser's supermarket, three bakeries, a butcher, fruit shop and greengrocer and other small shops.

The next metro station Wilhelmsruh situated only approx. 300 meters/3 minutes from the apartment. From there you can explore comfortably the variety of the city of Berlin.

By metro S1 – go all 10 min. – (direct connection without having to change) you need 16 min. to Friedrichstrasse, 18 minutes to the station 'unter den Linden'/Brandenburgers gate/Reichstag, the next station is the Potsdam place.

Equipment:

Room: double bed, single bed, TV/radio, heating, chimney (electrically), 2 armchairs, table, table lamp, standard lamp, information about Berlin in different languages. bathroom: Bathtupe/shower, hairdryer, after arrangement washing machine/dryer

kitchen: Dining table with chairs, cooker with range hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker, coffee/tea maker, dishes, glasses, toaster and other utensils, ironing board and iron.

The apartment disposes of one room, kitchen, bath and hall with a total of 36 m ².

Parking: Free public parking is possible at a location nearby.

The check is at the address of the booked apartment.

Check-in after 11:30 a.m.

As we do not have a 24-hour reception we kindly ask that guests sends per e-mail your arrival time at the airport or train station and at which airport or train station you arrive.

So we can send you an example of the way and arrange to meet them at the apartment.

Check-out at 10:00 a.m.

A very good priced apartment. It has everything you need: A well-equiped kitchen, a spacious bedroom and the bathroom, everything in good conditions. It is not located in the city center, but in a 4 minutes walk you are in a S-Bahn station and from there, in 15 minutes in Friedrichstrasse, city center (Branderburg Gate is just 2 stops later, like 17 minutes).

The owner is very nice and gives you advice of what to see, where to buy food and everything you need and there are several travel guides at the apartment.

Fantastic apartment very clean and near to Alexander Platz, about 10 Km.

Very quite area, the owner was also very kind.

This apartment was very good for me and my girlfriend. Really nice for an holiday for young couples. Good rapport quality/prize,with the essential and something more. Only one bad thing: the light entered when the sun rise.

Metro Nr. S5 or S7/S75/S9 to Friedrichstrasse, then Metro Nr. S1 (destination Oranienburg) to Wilhelmsruh - journey time approx. 30 minutes.

From airport Schönefeld:
Metro Nr. S45 or S9 to Baumschulenweg, then Metro Nr. S8 or S85 to Wilhelmsruh - journey time approx. 60 minutes. (You need a ticket ABC - Berlin is AB - but Schoenefeld is zone C)
I recommend you a day ticket ABC for 6.50 € A day ticket for the following days in Berlin costs 6.10 €. Or if you think it`s better we have Tourist Cards (see www.bvg.de, Ticket & Fares).

You go from the metro station Wilhelmsruh on the left hand side in the Hauptstrasse.
In approx. 300 meters you see the Hauptstrasse 2A
(the second house on the left side of the street).
Please ring the bell: Richter and go in the 2nd floor
