Playa Hermosa was a highlight of our trip to Costa Rica! El Refugio del Buda is just that, a refuge away from busy life and hectic schedules. If you're looking to escape, this is a great place. Be sure to bring any food or snacks you'd like with you. There aren't any restaurants within walking distance. The hostel keepers were friendly and gave us a warm welcome to Costa Rica.

Directions
By plane: Airport of alajuela .. there may come by bus ..
(schedules of bus from San Jose to Jaco: 5.00am7.00am9.00am11.00am1.00pm3.00pm.5.00pm) should take a taxi to the Coca Cola (bus station) in San Jose, then take bus going to jaco, the trip cost about $ 3 dollars (2.30 hour trip) We are going to fetch and carry Jaco free andalusia Hostel we are located 8 km from Jaco.
By car, go to Jaco, Central Pacific, from there take the road to Quepos-Manuel Antonio .. 4 km from Playa Hermosa jaco .. this will see the hotel Backyard (is the last hotel on the road hermosa beach) on your right hand .. on the road in Playa Hermosa, turn right there .. take the road beside the sea ... continue .... will pass on your right 3 large trees ( almond) continue to spend in front condo ... Hermosa Palms .... must continue until you see ... a Mediterranean style house shingle color ... there turn left ... and you can see the teak cabin with red roof oceanfront ... Getting there are a 700 mts..Welcome
