(November 1st - December 15th, February 1st - March 31st)
Peak Season : 30 days prior to arrival
(December 15th - January 31st)
Amendment policy
In the event of amendment, the hotel will not charge or penalty in that amendment booking before 72 hours arrival date.
During Peak Season, amendment received within 48 hours of arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay plus one extra night, per contract rate, as an amendment penalty charge with or without valid reasons.

Did not know what to expect having read some poor reviews but to be honest was pleasantly surprised when checking in, ok rooms are a little small and the bathroom may not not be to some peoples liking (shower over toilet) but what can you expect for a budget hotel, maids cleaned room room every day of the 2 weeks i stayed there and the staff were all excellent and polite. So in summary have to say that the hotel does not really deserve some of the poor reviews it gets.

I found this hotel good value for money and walking distance from the beach road. plenty of eateries close to this hotel and in a good locality. They have larger room with sufficient moving space, fridge, aircon and clean toilets with towels. The bed was bit hard but was ok for the rent.The only missing this here was a wifi which I found useful in their Bangkok Sukhomvit Inn. I would recommend this hotel to any budget traveler looking for good location and comfort
