In normal period:
With less than 24 hours before the day of arrival (12 AM), cancellation fee is the entire amount of the value of the first night by reserved room will be retained.
With more than 24 hours before the day of arrival (12 AM), no expenses of cancellation will be retained.

In period of peak season (School vacations, July and August):
With less than 72 hours before the day of arrival (12 AM), the cancellation dee is the entire amount of the value of the stay by reserved room will be retained.
With less than 15 days before the day of arrival (12 AM), the cancellation fee is the entire amount of the value of the first night by reserved room will be retained.
With more than 15 days before the arrival, no expenses of cancellation will be retained.
