Each room is fully furnished with Large Double Bed, Dresser, closet, Desk, Lamp, Chair, Linen & Towels are included.

WL Internet in Home. Full Cable TV in each room. Local Phone calls / North America phone calls included.

House is 2500 sq ft. There are a number of common areas for relaxation. Main bathroom has a soaker tub.

English Breakfast is provided between 7-9am daily and dinner is served between 6&7pm.

Tea & Coffee is available 24/7.

We have a HotTub & Swimming Pool.

The Guest House rates listed are for single occupancy: if you are double occupancy it is only an additional $15 / night per person (Off season).

*** The Guest House requires FULL PAYMENT prior to Arrival. Once Hostelworld has been booked The Guest House will send a PAYPAL invoice for The BALANCE of the Initial Invoice. (Processing fee will apply). FULL PAYMENT IS DUE & PAYABLE upon Receipt. The Rooms are considered booked once FULL PAYMENT has been processed / received and ON-LINE Registration has been completed. As The Guest House hosts guests from all over the world, we unfortunately are unable to accept Personal Cheques or 3rd Party Cheques of any kind.
** Important Note: If you book through Hostelworld to stay at the Guest House – Please ensure you have read their cancellation policy as The Guest House is NOT responsible for any re-imbursement of the initial deposit. The Guest House has its own Cancellation Policy and it can be found on our "on-line Agreement". We respect Hostelworld's policies and want to ensure your stay with us at The Guest House is a great experience.
