We had a great stay at the Budget Guesthouse. We had an apartment to ourselves, complete with kitchen and a fantastic bathroom! Our room was huge and very comfortable. Gina even picked us up from the train station for free, and Mihael dropped us off at 9.

Had an absolutely wonderful time here. We expected a small room in a small house and instead got a spacious apartment! Only a 10 minute walk from Brasov centre, and 5 minutes from the train station. More importantly, Gina and Michai (the people who ran the house) were very friendly and helpful. Michai even met us at the airport and drove us to Brasov. Very handy considering neither me or my girlfriend spoke romanian and had never been to the country before. All in all I would not hesitate in reccommending this guest house to anyone interested in exploring around the Carpathian mountains or even for a relaxing break.

We have been travelling for 5 months so the luxury was very welcome! Unbeatable value for the price, would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone looking for real comfort for a great price.
