Because of this, we renovated our accommodation in the winter of 2010, so the rooms are fresh and new! Our house is located only few minutes’ walk from the beautiful sandy beach and just 10 minutes to town centre.

We have two types of accommodation on offer:

Our studio apartment (with 2+1 beds) is the perfect choice for couples, young travellers and families with small children. There is a king-sized bed for two persons plus one extra bed (not a sofa), as well as a fully-equipped kitchen, a hot shower, TV, private outdoor terrace with table and chairs and optional air conditioning.

* During high season (July/August) you can only rent this apartment on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

Our budget apartment (with 5 beds) is great if you are a big family or a group of people travelling together. There are two comfortable rooms with 5 beds between them and a private balcony. The bathroom (with bath) and kitchen are shared, but if you rent both rooms it’s private. There is no air conditioning in this kind of accommodation.

* During high season (July/August) you can only rent these beds for a minimum of three nights.

Our rates include a free welcome drink, all government taxes, a safe parking space, linen and towels, free Wi-Fi and an outdoor grill (by request!). Breakfast is €5 per day, as is air conditioning.

Omiš has a great climate all year round; the summer months see a number of events in the city such as an a capella singing festival and historical pirate events, or you can just lie on the beach with a drink. Within 2km are a number of adventure sports such as climbing, diving, rafting, canyoning, bicycling and hiking.

We’re happy to store your luggage before check-in and after check-out so you don’t have to carry them around while you’re waiting for your transport. Just ask!
