We’re located in a safe, quiet, well-maintained neighbourhood in New York City. We set up these accommodations to offer a home-like environment with convenient and quick access to all of New York City's attractions.
Guests can stay in one of our spacious bedrooms with your choice of quality queen or twin beds in our beautiful top-floor apartment.
As our guest you’ll have full access to all the common areas of this spacious, clean apartment. There are beautiful hardwood floors throughout most of the apartment. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, a large living room with free HDTV and hundreds of channels plus free high-speed internet.
All towels and linens are provided.
Multiple 24-hour transportation alternatives are just steps away.
From here it is just one block to the Q32/Q60 buses to Manhattan and the #7 train, putting you just 14 minutes from Times Square. There’s also abundant availability of yellow cabs and PVT car services.
We’re also in close proximity to numerous restaurants serving excellent food of several varieties. Our neighbourhood features 24-hour supermarkets with a great selection of reasonably priced healthy foods and there’s a Rite Aid pharmacy at the corner. Vibrant playgrounds are also nearby.

The hosts Louis and his son Chris were very warm and hospitable, and they made our stay very comfortable. The service was very good. We were free to use everything in the apartment and they didn't mind if we went out early in the morning or came home late at night. It felt like our own home.
The apartment was cozy and the beds were comfortable.
The location was very good. It takes only 15 min to get to Times Square by subway. If you want to see more of NY you should definitely stay here rather than in Manhattan, where it is much more expensive. And then you can also get nice tips from Louis of where to eat and do shopping, which helped us a lot. Subway goes 24-7 wich makes it very convenient and there is a also a 24-7 store nearby the apartment to buy things to eat and drink.
Overall we are very satisfied with our stay at Upscale Apartment.

Nice and safe area to stay, but you have to take into account an hour to get in Manhattan (with train). Although the public transport connections are okay, and till late in the night, you loose some time with travelling.
The advantage is though that you stay in a quiet area, away from the whole night noise in Manhattan.Perfect beds!
The bathroom was not so clean, also some dust in the bedroom, but it was not groose.
The host is very friendly, and gives you lot of freedom to use everything in the appartment: the tele, the kitchen, the wii, the karaoke-installation, the bikes, the computer. There's also a computer with internet in your bedroom, which you can use privately.
Good place to start your visit to NYC.

My sister and i stayed at the Upscale Apartment for 2 nights. The apartment is at the Queens near the subway so we could'nt feel the distance from Menhatten. In 10 minuts we where at all the Intresting spots in Menhatten . Luais & his son cris were so nice and generous since the begining to the end of our stay. It was relly importent to them that we'll feel at home and so we did. The place was clean and warm.
In this big city it's really easy to feel lonlely and foreignness but when you stay in the Upscale Apartment you feel at home. we strongly recomend it and We'll definitely go there again the next time we'll come to NYC.

Louis, your host is very accomodating and sincerely helpful in every way. You are basically sharing his 2 bedroom apartment, having your own bedroom that locks and you get the key, so it can lock during the day as well. Louis was hardly ever around, gone early, back late so we had the apartment to ourselves 95% of the time. The commute to Times Square is only 15 minutes and you save a lot of money by booking off Manhattan so that you have more money for shows and shopping. There are many inexpensive restaurants in the area, a grocery, drugstore and liquor store from 1 to 4 blocks away.
We felt extremely safe at all times, even travelling the subway late at night after shows.
