Louis, your host is very accomodating and sincerely helpful in every way. You are basically sharing his 2 bedroom apartment, having your own bedroom that locks and you get the key, so it can lock during the day as well. Louis was hardly ever around, gone early, back late so we had the apartment to ourselves 95% of the time. The commute to Times Square is only 15 minutes and you save a lot of money by booking off Manhattan so that you have more money for shows and shopping.

1 spacious bedroom, with your choice of quality queen and twin beds, in beautiful Sunnyside Gardens top floor apartment. As our guest you will have full access to all common areas of clean apartment with nearly 1100 square feet and beautiful hardwood floors throughout most. Louis was hardly ever around, gone early, back late so we had the apartment to ourselves 95% of the time. The commute to Times Square is only 15 minutes and you save a lot of money by booking off Manhattan so that you have more money for shows and shopping. There are many inexpensive restaurants in the area, a grocery, drugstore and liquor store from 1 to 4 blocks away.
We felt extremely safe at all times, even travelling the subway late at night after shows.

Conditions
All common areas are kept clean and the bedroom areas are thoroughly cleaned after each stay. The apartment building itself is immaculately maintained. Also, overcrowding is never an issue as the max number of persons with access to the common areas of your unit will be 6. Most times it is less than that. So there is very little contention for the bathroom, kitchen, and living room. There are 2 televisions as well with 2 separate cable boxes and at least 2 computers available for everyone.

Directions
The closest subway station is 46th Street/Bliss on the number 7 line. From that station you would walk 1 block West, turn right, walk 1 more block North, cross 43rd Avenue to the second apartment building on your right. Please ring bell for unit 6H only.
The best way to the apartment from LGA airport is by taxi - about a 10 minute ride and $12-14 fare. From JFK, you would take the sky train to Jamaica Station, then transfer to the E train to 74th Street/Roosevelt, then take the 7 train towards Times Square to 46th Street/Bliss.
