Situated in the very heart of Xi'an --- East Street. Canaan International Hotel (a member of Canaan Hotel Group) is just a short stroll from a multitude of local dining, great shopping, most visited tourist attractions and the intact city wall --- the city wall has been surrounding Xian for centuries, the city wall amazed everyone who stands in front.

Stanman stayed here in Sep '09

Stayed there in a standard double room. They're large and very convenient. It's fine if You're travelling with a lot of luggage. Easy to find because opposite the Hyatt, marked in many maps. Close to railway station, the ancient city wall and a lot of shopping facilities. Front desk was very helpful to give several information in english and translated a lot into chinese for Taxi drivers. Managers tried to sell instantly their expensive cars to Terracotta and other sights, had no information about public transport (the 306 busses very cheap and convenient coaches!)
