Cancellations
In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.
Low Season : 3 days prior to arrival
(April 1st - October 31st)
High Season : 14 days prior to arrival
(November 1st - December 15th, February 1st - March 31st)
Peak Season : 30 days prior to arrival
(December 15th - January 31st)
Amendment policy
In the event of amendment, the hotel will not charge or penalty in that amendment booking before 72 hours arrival date.

During Peak Season, amendment received within 48 hours of arrival date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay plus one extra night, per contract rate, as an amendment penalty charge with or without valid reasons.

Early check-out policy
For guest(s) check out earlier from original booking, hotel reserves the right to charge for actual total nights stay plus one extra night, per contract rate, as an early check-out penalty charge with or without valid reasons.

No-show policy
In the event of no-show, the hotel reserve the right

Low Season : one night
High Season : one night
Peak Season : 100% for the entire value of room night reserved

During Peak Season, cancellation received within 7 days of arrival date will be charged equal to the entire value of the bookings.
