This is a Trusted Review. Why?
The hotel is pretty nice, and although is not really in the city center, it as access to the metro and trams and all major touristic local can be easily reached from here (the "5 minutes from Piazza Duomo" is a stretch, though - it's more like 15 minutes).
The hotel itself is nice and clean, like I said, and the area surrounding it has several restaurants and a park. If I could say a single negative thing is that the staff doesn't speak english that well (I had no problem with this, but I can imagine someone without any notions of Italian struggling with the directions) and that at least some members of it are not that friendly; not rude, either, just terse and a little brusque.
Oh, and also, they charge an extra for the internet, which in my opinion is terrible, although not a deal-breaker.
