Welcome to our cosy holiday home Claudi's Cottage in Berlin!
There are many hostels in Berlin - but have you ever tried a metropolitan cottage? Then go for it - check out this unconventional holiday home!
Bavarian cosiness meets vibrating cosmopolitan flair. We have set up a nice holiday home in S-Schoenholz - only 15 min by train away from Brandenburger Tor and Friedrichstrasse.
Many Tips for foreigners!Our holiday home is close to Prenzlauer Berg, the culture quarter of Berlin. (just 4 stops by train away)
Claudiscottage has a warm, comfortable living room with a sleeping-couch and an eating corner, a cuddly bedroom and a modern kitchen.
Our home is for 2 persons. (double bed, 140x200cm wide)
It is possible to book 3 or 4 person by an extra payment of 20 euros per person per night. These additional 2 persons would sleep in the Living room on a sleeping couch (125x200cm).
Please book for 2 persons, and then send an e-mail telling us how many you are. It is important to make it clear how many guests you are booking for.
Some things to know:
-Cash on arrival: The remaining balance is due on arrival in cash euros only. Other currencies, credit cards or checksare not accepted.
-48 hrs. Cancellation Policy: Please note that cancellation must be done at least 48hrs prior arrival time otherwise we will charge you the first night accommodation.
You can use our internet connection , when you have a laptop.

The nearest S- Station is S-Schoenholz( S25/S1/S85)
from there it is only 3 Min. to walk.
From Tegel-Airport:
Please take Bus 128 to 'U Osloer Str'. You have to cross the road . The busstop is in fron of Kaplan /Doener. There you take an other Bus 150 direction 'Buch' and get of at S- Schoenholz. You just have to cross the street an walk into the street called Herbststr until the Nr.10. All together it will take you around 35 min.
From Schoenefeld-Airport:
S-Bahn or Regional Train to S-Friedrichstr.
Change to S1 Oranienburg/Frohnau or S25 Henningsdorf
6 stops to S- Schoenholz.
From Central Train Station (Hauptbahnhof)
You take the S-Bahn just 1 Station to Friedrichstr. ( you can take every S-bahn going east to
Friedrichstr.
Change the train and go down stairs to the S1 Oranienburg/Frohnau or S25 Heningsdorf.
6 stops to S- Schoenholz.
Go downstairs and across the road at the crosslight. The first street (Herbststr.) to the right until Nr. 10 to claudiscottage-!
