Slighty strange converted house in a decent location, 15 mins walk to subway/city centre. Our room was fine but if you're unlucky enough to get a room next to the kitchen or shared bathroom (which feels like using someone else's ensuite) I'd guess it'd be very noisy.
Not the cleanest of places either... Saw a lovely mouse whilst in the Kitchen!
For my girlfriend and I (who are on a tight budget) it was pretty good but if you can afford something a little better it'd be money well spent.

To sum it up if you need to visit Toronto, our Guest House is the perfect place for you to stay.

Great cozy guest house located in a fantastic part of Toronto, the heart of old cabbagetown.
This is a great place to stay while visiting Toronto. It's a quite house in the heart of Toronto's downtown. Its cleanliness and peace and calm is a great place to come home to at the end of a long day. It's newly renovated so the furniture and everything is new, and also greatly decorated. The customer service is really friendly and they are always available at your service. The best thing about the guest house for us was the cheap prices that came with that level of comfort. I would definitely recommend Comfy Guest House for your next visit in Toronto

Our guest house is located in the heart of downtown (250 Gerrard St E) close to the entertainment & shopping district. Public transit is at your doorstep. We do offer private parking at minimal charges.
We are at an 10 minute walk from Ryerson University and two subway stations, whereas, University of Toronto is only a 6 minute bus ride away from us.
