Great room, very clean and tidy. The owner and her son are both very friendly, they even gave us fruit from their garden. The only downside is it takes 30 minutes to walk to the old town, there is a local bus stop right out side the house, but it isn't any quicker.
Overall, a great room for the price, and would certainly stay there again.

Welcome to House Idassa located in Zadar. Quality accommodation offer makes it a great place to stay in Zadar for every age group.

We provides biggest comfortable, newly furnished, safe and clean place with great prices for every budget.

In the front of the house is a big garden with flowers, fruits and vegetables.

At house we rent 2 apartments and one room:

STANDARD DOUBLE BED APARTMENT ENSUTE - Apartment for 2 (One bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom, terrace...)

TWIN PRIVATE ENSUTE - Studio apartment for 2 (One double bed, fully equipped kitchen, complete bathroom, terrace...)

DOUBLE BED PRIVATE ENSUTE - Room for 2 (Double bed, complete bathroom, terrace...No kitchen)

Also is possible to rent a bike.

The only drawback of idassa hotel is generally location. despite the fact that it is not far away from bus station, way to the beach is difficult
