One of my happiest hotel stays in China. I spent 6 days here over the New Year period of 2009. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there's a real family atmosphere.
I started in one of the upstairs rooms with a balcony - very pleasant if you can afford it, and even equipped with an efficient mini radiator (more useful than the balcony in January!).
For the last day I moved to a reasonably priced and much simpler room downstairs - quite adequate and good value for money.

For the last day I moved to a reasonably priced and much simpler room downstairs - quite adequate and good value for money.
I only looked at the dorms, but they seemed fine.
Highly recommended.
