Truly enjoy the stay there, very clean, facility is new, value for money.
Strategic locaton = near to 2 subway stations, and the JR train can take you to Kyoto & Kansai Airport (no need to transit at Shin-Osaka).
convenient = near to tourist information booth, 24-hr convenient stall.
Will definitely stay there again if i ever revisit Osaka.

Basic, clean with friendly service hotel in a good location very close too subway and train station (3min walk). Single rooms on the small side Doubles are just about right size. Good internet connection in the rooms. There are also computers in the lobby. No watercooker in the room but down in the lobby is maybe the only minus.Not the cheapest around but still very good value.

We stayed in a twin bedroom.
The room was very clean and spacious (especially compared to some of the budget-hotel Tokyo accomodation). There was no flatscreen television, but a fair few free channels to watch.
The hotel has free internet via lan cable, and also computers downstairs if needed.
Access is via an electronic card that you swipe at the main hall after curfew. Please note that each room is only issued one card (i.e. 1 card between twin-share room).
The hotel is situtated a five minute walk from the JR Station. You can get to JR Namba in 15 minutes (door-to-door)
