About Affittacamere Delfo
The landlord Delfo is a wonderful house near the historical centre of Pisa, situated walking distance from the city's main structures, as Hospitals, markets, universities, research centres and by bus from the railway station and the international airport Galileo Galilei, thanks to the useful bus stop in front of the house.
The house is composed by an independent entry with a private garden, single rooms, double rooms and two bathrooms.
It is possible to add another bed in the room choosen with fifteen euros more per day.
The following services are included in the price and are at the clients' disposal: the kitchen (fridge, electric oven, washing machine), tv room, wi-fi internet, towels for the bathroom and bed sheets, housekeeping and daily cleaning.
Every room is particular, from the colour to the furnishment, silent and illuminated by a window or a balcony.
Delfo waits for you for a pleasant, economic and relaxing stay as your own home.
Available also a one-room flat which is situated in Via Luzzatto, nr 6, fifteen minutes walking from Delfo and tirthy minutes from the centre (leaning tower).
Look for it on hostelworld...the name is DEFRA!!!

This was a great place to stay, we were picked up at the airport by the owner, Francesco, who was absolutely charming. He showed us where to go in town, gave us helpful info and his phone number in case of trouble. Overall, would definitely stay here again! the room was clean, cozy and comfy.

Please note for Delfo and for the one-room flat:
Payment cash only, on arrival.
Please advice about arrival time and try to respect it.
NO 24 HOURS RECEPTION.
Free pick up, when possible, at Pisa's railway station and airport if advised on time (at least two days before the arrival) by mail or telephone.
Check-in time: from 12.00 a.m. to 23,00 p.m.
Check-out time: until 10.00 a.m.
Delfo's a - b - c
- Bathrooms: They are only two. You are pleased to leave them clean and dry. Do not throw anything inside of the toilette and do not hesitate too long inside the rooms to permit the other people to use it.
- Kees: Every client has three kees (the big, intermediate, room's doors) at his disposal during the stay.
- Kitchen: Everything is at disposal of everyone. Please leave enough space in the fridge for the others, make turns for meals and for the washing machine. Do not leave anything dirty or disorder that could disturb the others.
- Damages: For any type of damage, the responsible person will speak with the owner of the house.
- Emergency: For any kind of necessity and information, please contact Francesco 335-1597976.
- Smoking: It is forbidden to smoke in the public areas (tv room, kitchen, bathrooms, hall and stairs) with respect to no smokers. If you smoke in your room, please use the ashtrayers and be careful.
- Garden: The garden is at every client's disposal. Please keep it in order, do not park your car inside and leave moto and bikes on its back.
- Guests: It is not possible to guest other people in your room without the owner's authorization. Only the clients can use the kitchen and the tv room.
- Privacy: Please respect the privacy of the others. Speak low,especially during lunch time and after dinner, do not move things that can disturb, take low the volume of radios, tv and mobile phones.
- Housekeeper: Every day we will clean the house, the common areas and for clients with long term stay we change bed sheets and towels once a week. Keep them in order the rest of the time.
- Heating: Hot water is all day long while the heating, on winter, is regulated in three times a day by the owner. Do not touch the heating dispositive in the hall.
- Security: Do not leave precious objects, jewels, money unwatched in the common areas and in your room. Lock your room: only the housekeeper will enter to clean it.
- Rooms: Every room is new and well furnished. Please keep it as we give it (it is not possible to hang pictures in the wall or anything else, to use tip in the forniture/wall).

Directions
From Railway Station to Delfo: from 6:00 in the morning till 20:00 the bus nr.2 leads to Via Cesare Studiati, street next to Via Montello.
If you arrive between 20:30 and 23:00, take Bus take the bus n° 22 and ask to the bus driver to stop you in Via Cesare Studiati.
From Railway station to the one room flat: bus nr. 13 and stop in via Valgimigli (second stop). Our receptionist will come to the bus stop to welcome you.
From Airport Galileo Galilei to Delfo: from 6:00 in the morning till 20:00 the red line bus LAM leads to the Railway Station. Then take the bus nr.2 leads to Via Cesare Studiati, street next to Via Montello.
If you arrive at the airport between 20:30 and 23:00, take Bus n°21 and stop at From Railway Station then take the bus n° 22 and ask to the bus driver to stop you in Via Cesare Studiati.
From Airport to one room flat: take the red line lam bus to the railway station and follow the directions specified above (bus nr.13).
