Great location but tiny ground floor room with ensuite. Thought we would have a kitchen as well. Guy we dealt with mostly was rather unhelpful and couldn't really be bothered with us. Room was very clean though and had air con, was a good place to stay.

Accomodation Kortizija is situated in a quiet part of Dubrovnik - Pile, only 100 m from the center of Dubrovnik - Old Town, right at the foot of the Lovrijenac fort. Accomodation includes three double rooms and apartment with a beautiful view which streches toward the old core of Dubrovnik.
All accomodation includes private bathroom and technical appliances as air-conditioning, sat-tv, and mini bar. In the apartment there is a triple room with three separated beds , fully equipped kitchen and living room.
All service facilities like restaurant, internet cafe, bus station or public garage are near. And there is also a very nice beach only 30 m from accomodation.

Our stay at Rooms & Apartment Kortizija was almost completely satisfactory. The location is excellent, only a stone's throw from the Pile Gate entrance to the walled city of Dubrovnik. Our hostess, Karmela, could not have been nicer, meeting us at the bus stop, and helping with our luggage. The room was very nice, with a private bath, and as it developed there was only one thing wrong. We had reserved accommodations with twin beds, and alas, we were informed upon arriving that they only had the room with a double bed. In the end, my friend, with whom I was travelling, and I were able to share the bed, but I feel compelled to mention this in my review, as it could be a bigger problem for other travellers. Otherwise, we were satisfied with the accommodation, and with the exception of the change in sleeping arrangements, I would be happy to otherwise recommend the Kortizija accommodations.
