1. An additional charge of US$15 ++ for extra bed which setting up is available in Executive or Suite room only (if any).

2. Hotel Check-in time is 14:00, Check-out time is 12:00.

3. Late check-out and early check-in will be considered to confirm upon room availability. Late check out before 18h00 will be charged at 50% rate, after 18h00 will be full charged at one night rate. Early check-in will be charged full at one night room rate.

4. Any amendment, cancellation should be informed to Hotel 48 hours prior to guests arrival. The first night is charged to company or guests account if the cancellation of booking less than 48 hours.

5. Any no-show booking will be charged at minimum of 01 night.

6. The rates are subject to change in-advanced notice by phone, fax or email by Hotel.
