Beautiful and contemporary first floor flat, conveniently located in the main square of the historic centre.
The flat, which is in a historic building that comprises only four flats, has just been entirely renovated and finished to very high standards and with ample use of quality material. The flat, which has wooden beams on the ceiling, has loads of natural light throughout the day. A floor to ceiling door leads to a balcony overlooking the main square .
The kitchen is fully furnished with cutlery, fridge, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster.
The living area comprises a wood dining table with four comfortable chairs along with a sofa.
The main bedroom is located in ample mezzanine area that is easily accessible through a spiral staircase and it includes two wide wardrobes.
The bathroom has been finished with taste and high quality material.
The flat comes with flat plasma TV screen, air conditioning, safe, interphone and double glazed windows.
The use of this flat is limited to a maximum of two people.

THE AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE:

paid in advance at the reservation time.
- It is possible to rent bed linen at the cost of 2,50 . per day for person
, to be paid in advance at the reservation time.
- We also offer the opportunity to have a private transfer from Alghero
Airport to the Palau Residence with a special price of euros 20 for each
way. On request. NOTES:
- Time to withdraw the apartment's key : 4 p.m.
- Time to return the apartment's key : by 10 a.m.
- A 100,00 guarantee will be requested you at your arrival date, and it
will be returned to you on your departure date, except in case of non-
fulfilment or damages; please pay the guarantee with CASH, because credit cards
are NOT accepted.
- Pets are NOT admitted.

Palau de Plaça Civica is an ancient residence (1400 d.c.) located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Alghero, in Sardinia.
Set in the central Plaça Civica 8, the residence is extremely close to all the historical sights, as to all the shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks.
Also, in 5 minutes by walk, you can reach the beach, the harbour, and the taxi/bus station.
Daily exscursions are organized and depart everyday from the arbour.
Because of its limits central location, you can park your car at the free car park located 200m by walk from the apartment.
