About Palau Roma Residenza Calatrava
Beautiful and contemporary second floor flat, conveniently located in the main street of the historic centre.
The flat, which is in a historic building that comprises only three flats, has just been entirely renovated and finished to very high standards and with ample use of quality material. The flat has wooden beams on the ceiling and loads of natural light through the windows and the balcony overlooking the main street.
The kitchen is fully furnished with cutlery, fridge, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The living area comprises a wood dining table with four comfortable chairs along with a sofa and two large wardrobes for storage of luggage and clothing.
The main bedroom is located in the ample mezzanine area that is easily accessible through a staircase.
The bathroom has been finished with taste and high quality material.
The flat comes with flat plasma TV screen, air conditioning, safe, interphone, high security door and double glazed windows.
The use of this flat is limited to a maximum of two people.

THE COST INCLUDES:
- daily apartment rent (minimum 2 nights).
- electricity, air conditioning.
- TV.
THE AMOUNT DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- daily apartment cleaning.
- a compulsory fee of 45,00 . for the final cleaning of the apartment, to be
paid in advance at the reservation time.
- It is possible to rent bed linen at the cost of 2,50 . per day for person
, to be paid in advance at the reservation time.
- We also offer the opportunity to have a private transfer from Alghero
Airport to the Palau Residence with a special price of euros 20 for each
way. On request. NOTES:
- Time to withdraw the apartment's key : 4 p.m.
- Time to return the apartment's key : by 10 a.m.
- A 100,00 guarantee will be requested you at your arrival date, and it
will be returned to you on your departure date, except in case of non-
fulfilment or damages; please pay the guarantee with CASH, because credit cards
are NOT accepted.
- Pets are NOT admitted.

- Just a little far from the beach to go on foot
- Noise from the street below at night (people walking around and talking until about 1 or 2 am)We had a perfect vacation thanks to the great apartment and the help we received from Vittoria. Thanks!

Palau Roma is an ancient residence located in the heart of the beautiful old town of Alghero, in Sardinia.
Set in the central Via Roma 37, the residence is extremely close to all the historical sights, as to all the shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks. Also, in just 5 minutes by walk, you can reach the beach, the harbour, and the taxi/bus station. Daily excursions are organized and depart everyday from the harbour.
Because of its central location, you can park your car at the free car park located at 200m by walk from the apartment.
