This is a Trusted Review. Why?
My room for two had a kettle and a single cup.
The window did not close fully and so the room was quite cold.
My friends in another room which was booked as a family room got only one double bed. They were refused a second blanket so that one could sleep on the sofa. This "family room" also only had 2 pillows.
No hairdryer, no shampoo.
