Welcome to Hotel St James, located right in the heart of Biarritz, only 4 mn walk to the beach. The hotel was completely renovated and with all the mandatory safety standards in place: ceiling and fire proof doors and flat screen TV 81 cm in bedroomsSome rooms have view over the ocean (top rooms). Nice cosy hotel with warm , easy going hostess..Only 4 mn walk from the beach, the casino and Palais du festival.Hotel has 14 charming rooms, all fully equipped & some with balcony.All rooms have breakfast facilties ( a tray with tea/coffea cups, madeleines & a kettle).Reception from 9:30 to 18:00 - Must call for late arrivals.Visitors Tax is €0.50 per person per night.Please Note: Entire property is non smokingHigh Season- July & AugustDuring high season(July & August) a 30% Down Payment of total price will be taken from your card after booking and this is not refundable for cancelations.Please Note: We will pre-authorise your card after booking for the first night in order to guarantee your reservation

No Fridge in room and No air conditioner (We used a fan)
The walls are thin and you can hear a pin drop or a swedish girl pick up a randon French man for the night!

The location of the hotel is ideal for the beach and town facilities. Rooms are quite small, and no air conditioning. Late bar across the road so can be noisy.
However, hostess is extremely welcome and accommodating, and the rooms and hotel are spotless.
Overall a great stay and value for money and I would stay again!
