The location of the hotel is ideal for the beach and town facilities. Rooms are quite small, and no air conditioning. Late bar across the road so can be noisy.

However, hostess is extremely welcome and accommodating, and the rooms and hotel are spotless.

Overall a great stay and value for money and I would stay again!

About Hotel St James

Breakfast Included

Hotel St James is located right in the heart of Biarritz, only 4 mn walk to the beach. Some rooms have view over the ocean (top rooms). Nice cosy hotel with warm , easy going hostess..

Only 4 mn walk from the beach, the casino and Palais du festival.

Hotel has 14 charming rooms, all fully equipped & some with balcony.

All rooms have breakfast facilties ( a tray with tea/coffea cups, madeleines & a kettle).

Reception from 9:30 to 18:00 - Must call for late arrivals.

Visitors Tax is €0.50 per person per night.

Our cancellation policy is 48hrs – if you cancel with less than 48hrs before arrival you will be charged the first night

Note: During July and August will take further 20% deposit to secure your booking. This 20% down payment is non refundable if you cancel with less than 48hrs before arrival.
