I was not satisfied. Under term private twin I supposed the room where a bathroom and WC is included, in other case it should be mentioned that this room has shared both the bathroom and WC with three other rooms. In Dorell hotel I have not received any explanation. I don't recommend booking through the Travellerspoint.

We're very sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the room you received. I double checked your booking, and it was indeed for a room with shared facilities, so the room you received was what you had booked (a Private Twin). Only rooms that state that they are 'Ensuite' have a private bathroom.
