We are situated right in the centre of Grand Bay. The Sunset Boulevard, as a reference, is situated in the central best touristic place of Grand Bay.
We are only down the same coastal road at only some 100 metres away. We are in the same building of the well known Sakura Restaurant.

We were a family of four ( 2 adults , 2 children) who spent a week at the above property. The location is great with all restaurants at walking distance from the tourist residence. The beach is also quite close. We were provided meager breakfast and many items that were supposed to be as part of the menu were unavailable. So much so that we had to have a second breakfast at a neighboring restaurant/ supermarket a few times. The towels in our room was changed only once in the stay of a week. Also the room was cleaned just once during our stay. Overall I was dissatisfied since I did not not get what was promised when I booked there. However, if the management takes notice of the above short comings and takes suitable actions to remedy them, I am sure it will be a great place to stay and there will be good value for money.

The manager wasn't there and didn't tell her staff that we were arriving we were the only people in the hoel, the room was "clean", towels and others were clean but the rooms looks like it was not used since a long time, smell like windows have not been open recently. Great & spacious rooms, must have been a nice place ten years ago. Manager careless.
The staff do their best to assume our stay there.

If you are expecting a 5 star hotel, this is not the place to come. It is what it is, very basic however very spacious, very clean, comfortable and great value for money. Location is brilliant, close to the bay, police station, bars, restaurants, beach on your doorstep. We felt very safe walking around at all hours in Grande Baie. There were times where we had problems with the toilet not flushing, low water pressure and fixtures and fitting are not fab however as mentioned it is what it is. One outstanding benefit is the house keeper. She was very helpful and gave us local knowledge and exceeded our expectations in every way. Ideal for those that want to see the real mauritius and for those who will be exploring the north of mauritius as there great bus routes etc.
