This is a Trusted Review. Why?
The room was ok. However, it wasn't even close to as nice as the one in the picture. In fact we didn't get the room we booked - the one we got was in a different address (still in the old town though).

Horrendous experience! Would never stay here again!! Not as advertised.
We were meant to be met at the bus-stop and weren't. After calling them they took about 40 minutes to come and collect us, and then took us to a totally different (much, much worse) apartment than the one we booked!!! I asked our host Mathew if this was "Studio Tina" and he said yes. I was thoroughly confused, and assumed I had made a mistake, so as it was midnight we went to bed. In the morning, I checked our booking confirmation and had a look on the internet site we had booked through and discovered that I had indeed booked a much nicer apartment (newly renovated with beautiful exposed stone walls), including a kitchenette. When Mathew finally came to meet us to collect payment (they don't take credit cards, even though you pay your deposit by credit card and there is no information to the contrary) he said that they had several properties that were called Studio Tina, so he had just taken us to the wrong one. When we asked to go to the right one (we showed him the pictures we printed off the booking website), he said we wouldn't like it because it had more steps, it was better if we stayed where we were. We told him we were fine with steps and please could we go there. He said that an American tourist had jammed an American plug into an electrical socket and blown the power there and so it wasn't available. My suspicion is that they had been offered a higher rate for the apartment by someone else so they had double-booked it. We were stuck in the dingy old apartment for another night (at a slightly reduced rate), then moved to the dingy apartment above with kitchenette and an aircon unit (at full rate). 11.30 that night, the people below knock on our door and tell us there is water coming through their ceiling - our aircon unit was leaking through the floor. We had to turn off the aircon, open the windows and didn't get an ounce of sleep (for the third night!!!!!) because of all the noise from the nearby bars and restaurants. Spent an hour and a half fixing/cleaning the aircon unit the next morning (black gunk was blocking the pipes)and finally on our fourth night slept. When asked for compensation...our hosts refused to call/text us back.
We are so sorry to hear that you had such a disappointing stay at Artemida Apartments 2. The property management provided all the information regarding its accommodation, and naturally they are obliged to keep this as accurate and up-to-date as possible. We are now investigating the property's details to make sure that situations such as this are avoided in future.
