Like a home The Happy Guest House is best of cheap 4 and 2 dormitory room.
The Happy Guest House is located between Itaewon.
(Take a subway 2 stop is Itawon station.)

The service was good, I checked in a little early and they rushed to meet me. Every day they cleaned the house and it was a very relaxing facility. The location could be better but hey you aren't paying an arm and a leg. Rather than some other guest houses that are run down this is a nice home and has a family feel to it. The subway station is very central in Seoul and great if you are going to be sightseeing around. It is very spacious unlike some other guest houses or hostels that feel like as if you are in prison. Would definitely go alone or with a friend again to this place if I had no Koreans who could take me in at any given time.

Hard to find. Best thing to do is phone them when you arrive at B. subway station, and the son will come and pick you up. Otherwise a lovely place to stay and marvellous people looking after you. Typical lovely helpfull Korean people.
Cleanest place I have ever seen!!

Spotlessly clean, warm, friendly and helpful service. Decent location two stops from Itaewon and one stop from Yaksu which has plenty of food and services. It's a little tough to find but if you get stuck just ask the lady in the corner shop. I'd definitely stay here again.
