This is a Trusted Review. Why?
My husband and I stayed here for 3 days. Our first night was dreadful with a group of school kids making so much noise in the room next to us that at 2.30am I stormed into the reception area and confronted the 2 men on duty and asked them what sort of hotel allows this much ruckus to continue until this hour and if something wasn't done I was going to call the Police. One of the men and I went to the room and I banged on the door, there was a lot of aarghs from behind the door and it opened to reveal 6 teenagers in the room that was meant for 2 people.
The next morning I found out that we weren't the only ones who had complained and that these students were in a group of 30 from Germany. The man on duty told me that the employees should have done something sooner by going to the teachers room and letting the teacher know what had been going on, but hadn't done so.
The next 2 nights were a lot quieter, but I believe that after this episode and with the number of complaints about the noise, the hotel should be wary about school groups staying and in particular LARGE GROUPS!!!!!!!!!!
