This Guesthouse is simply one of the best place I've ever stayed. Great service, friendly people and a quiet environment. The location is a bit out of the main town, which I prefer, but there're bicycles you can ride for free. The breakfast is free and my fav menu is chicken sandwich. Very recommended place to stay, especially for families and couples.

I stayed at Green Park for 5 days coz it was cheap and also read some pretty good reviews about it. It was a great decision. Location is good though it may seem a little further from the main town. But they offer free transport to town. There were very friendly and I enjoyed their company. Always up for a good conversation. They never fail to put a smile on my face every day. Oh, the free breakfast was really good. They have quite a bit of choices so you won't be eating the same thing everyday. And everytime when I come back from my temple visit, they will hand out some cold bottled water for free. The amazing thing was they have internet and computer which I can use it for free and the speed of the internet is quite fast. Rooms and bathroom is quite spacious and definitely worth for that price. And they even offer free bicycle hire if you want to cycle around Siam Reap. I think if I were to go there again, I probably will upgrade for an aircond room as Cambodia is really hot. But overall it was a great stay and I wouldn't ask for anything more especially for what I paid for. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay in Siemp Reap, not a single complain at all, it exceeded our expectations. The service, attention, food, free transport, and other services they include are not reflected in the low price, simply amazing. The guy in charge, Sam, is extremely kind and fun, he will always be available for you and pick you up from any place in downtown in the guest house van or drop you off. They also offer free transport from and to the airport. You can enjoy free bicycles that allow you to be independent, have fun and discover many things around by yourself, and at last, the reason why we chose it: they have bath tubes in all rooms, just great to have a well deserved rest after a hard day of exploration. Free breakfast is excellent, they have many options and the service is quite nice. If we come back to Siemp Reap we will definitely come back to stay in this place.

the staff were very nice, i was able to arrange a free pick up from the bus station. they dont rip you off, they answer queries, give suggestions. the guesthouse is also near the market where you can buy cheap, fresh foods. my room was clean.

When I stayed in Green Park Village Guesthouse, it reminded me of my home whereby me and my family used to live in our hometown during my younger days as everybody pampered me most. So as for my view of Green Park Village Guesthouse, it is the best, family-oriented and most reasonable budget guesthouse, provided with excellent service in Siem Reap.

Although the price was low, the hotel offered everything we needed - arranged an ok tuk-tuk for us, bus tickets, free bikes, laundry service. The room is big, and it was nice to have WiFi there. But most importantly, you can really feel that the hotel staff cares for its customers and does not try to rip them off. We felt that it's important in Cambodia to have people you can trust with advice.
Hotel is not in the center of the city, but it's not a big problem - they get you to the city for free if you want to go there. And the market near the hotel is much cheaper than the one in the center.
I would really suggest to use the airport pick-up service offered by the hotel, otherwise you'll pay 7$ for a taxi!
Overall, for the price, the service was excellent, and everything else was as you would expect. Would definitely stay there again.

I was quiet skeptical when I read the other reviews they where toooo positive but the price made my decision. At the end I have to affiliate to all the positive reviews. I've never experienced a place where I felt so much in good hands during my travel through Cambodia. If you're not looking for party but for a little oasis in Siem Reap go there!!!!

Excellent budget guesthouse to stay,run by friendly Khmer,and they speak good english.From my trip from Phuket-Laos-Vietnam-Siem Reap (Cambodia),i feel easy and comfortable in Siem Reap expecially with the staffs around in the green park village guesthouse.Not like the other countries i travel,people spoke a poor english although vietnam and Thailand consider as a tourism spots.But Siem Reap make me feels comfortable as i was in my own hometown.Although the guesthouse was not in the hub of excitement town,but feels cozy to stay,good foods and nice baguette bread for breakfast as well.I love it With a budget price i can get a clean room with fan,and i was lucky at that time in January that it was raining and cloudy all the time,so i don't need an air-conditioned room.I mean air-con is not a big problem for me also.
The free van transfer to the hotel from the bus drop-off point worked well, although my bus arrived so late at evening hour, it was duly waiting for me.Maybe it was raining at the time when i arrived,so i get a free van for the transport,as others review it was a free tuc tuc instead of van.
Staffs very friendly,even though they still drive me hang out around after i check in in the room,coz i need to see more nights life in the town area exp at PUB street,and it was still in the raining condition.
Well,i will cut short here.Green Park village guesthouse worth EXCELLENT value.Thanks also for the tuc tuc driver for the Angkor Wat trips.If i still have time and chance to visit Siem Reap,i won't bother other accomodation,GREEN PARK VILLAGE guesthouse will absolutely be my PRIORITY choice.See u guys out there next trip.Ciaoooo

Excellent service, clean rooms, and very helpful staff!! Although it's not in the hub of excitement in town, they do provide a free tuk-tuk to and from, so it's not a problem. I would highly recommend staying there, and will stay there again the next time I come through Siem Reap.

IF you're looking for a budget accommodation near the city with excellent service, this is one hotel you will want to consider. Run by friendly Khmers always willing to go the xtra mile to make their customers feel at home, this hotel is definitely value for money. I mean at $4 a head per nite, you get a clean room with 2 beds, hot shower plus a bathtub, breakfast every morning, free internet access, cable tv with 0-99 channels, what more can you expect? With airconditioning it'll just be $7.50 a head a night. The owner of the hotel enforces that the staff do not bring customers to touristy places that charges exorbitant commission. Tuk-tuk drivers engaged by the hotel who believe in the same principle can be hired for the whole day for just USD5, but feel free to tip them more based on your conscience. I strongly recommend this hotel =)

The staff here are so welcoming and helpful (even walking half way up the street to see whether their neighbours have a bicycle that you can borrow) Is a 10 min walk to town but the ervice makes it totally worth while. Nice big clean rooms and yummy fresh breakfast. free bikes, tuk tuk rides to town and internet - couldn't ask for too much more.
