In a tropical garden with quiet surroundings. Bed and Breakfast style, cosy, home away from home run by Belgium-Cambodian couple. 2 big rooms (35m² and 55m²) with each private sitting area and private bathroom, both on the first floor.
Terrace in the big garden and terrace on the first floor, a lot of privacy. Fan, air-conditioning, free WiFi, TV with international channels, bathroom with hot water and free linen.
Cell phone provided to contact pre-screened trustworthy local taxi drivers. Prices include free pick-up from everywhere in Siem Reap, free bicycles for use and a warm heart full of information.
Easy to propose and facilitate tours to the temples of Angkor Wat and the beautiful surroundings of Siem Reap. A must visit.

5 min. drive south from central market (Phsa Cha), approximately 1.2km on the road to Tonlé Sap. Pass the bridge to Wat Svay on your left, continue for 30 meters, turn to the right (dirt road) and right after the wall right again (small dirt road). Free pick-up from everywhere in Siem Reap, contact us for arriving details.

It is very nice and cosy for a very reasonnable price. It is comprised of 2 double rooms only, so you won't get disturbed by other clients. I got an enormous-size room with a full living room. Decoration is simple but done with taste. And you can share an evening drinks on the balcony overlooking the large garden... with rose apple trees and squirrels.
The young couple running this beautiful place will go out of their way to help you, guide you, give good advice, cook for you - or whatever else you need. They also provide a trustworthy tuk-tuk (Saron is a friend) which can take you anywhere. This is truly excellent service. Much better than in big, impersonnal hotels.
Most importantly, they will share their stories with you and make you feel like you're not travelling, you're just spending a night with friends.
Great place ! Go there ! You won't regret it !
