Would not recommend this hostel at all arrived in Brighton and took 3 hours finding the hostel as the person on the phone didn't really understand English, when we finally arrived we were told it would be double what we had originally agreed on and that because we had no confirmation they would not lower the price. Yet after 3 months of requesting a confirmation email we were told that we wouldn't need one. We were told we were on the top floor and after finally making it up to our room we were told we were on the wrong floor at the wrong room with the wrong code for the door. We finally got in to our room to find we had no bed sheets (there were 3 of us) after asking for sheets (duvet cover etc) 4 times we eventually got enough bedding for 2 people! I am not normally one to complain but it was expernsive, the staff were not very helpful at all and the rooms weren't clean. Will definitely be staying in a travel lodge next time will be cheaper!
