About Guesthouse Arabella
Enjoy our sunny Rooms and Apartments with an amazing view around Vienna.
We are located close to the Westbahnhof on the top floors of the building, reachable easily by an elevator.
The Guesthouse Arabella is only 3min walking distance from the Westbahnhof and the main shopping street Mariahilfer Strasse.
If you are looking for a reasonable accommodation with a private Atmosphere this is the place to be. The owner Arabella speaks fluent German, English and Spanish. She will give you a free city map and all information's you need upon arrival.
Our Rooms are with private or shared bathroom, toilet, fully equipped kitchen, cable TV and some with nice balcony. Smoking is forbidden in the Rooms, but you may smoke outside on the balcony.
Lines and Towels are included in the price, laundry service is available.
Pets are allowed and free of charge.
All main Tourist Attractions are reachable easily and within short distance by walking or public transport.
The Raimundtheater, a historical Theater playing mostly Musicals is just behind our building.
One of the most famous Churches Maria vom Siege is just across the street.
Next to it you find the Travelshack, an Information Point with Bar for Tourists. They offer Tours, Bike Rentals as well as cheap Internet and Phone Calls facilities.

I was so pleased with my stay at Arabella apartments that with no doubt I will book it again if happen to be Vienna! Even the bathroom is sheared, everything is kept so clean and there was no any inconvenience for using it. Location is absolutely excellent, warm and cosy rooms and kitchen (again, so clean!!) and friendly and hospitable landlords!
Everything to make stay in such a lovely city more joyful!

We had the option of either of the rooms and chose the larger one this is on the front of the building. Unfortunately when we went to bed we discovered that this room suffers from traffic noise.
The guesthouse is non smoking but probably because we are non smokers it was obvious that smoking occurs there regularly.
The staff member on duty was pleasant and helpful.

I had a pleasant stay at Arabella's and got a lot of advice from the owner. The room on the tenth floor had an excellent view. It had its own kitchenette and was quiet despite a big road below. The guesthouse is well situated, close to public transport. The only negative thing was that the wifi did not work on the tenth floor, but there was a possibility to go down to the sixth floor to use it. Definitely recommended for people who want good value for money.

Location was great very close to Westbahnhof and walkable to Ringstrasse. The owner was very friendly and gave me a lot of info about Vienna and where various things were and how to get there. There was no wifi available free or not which surprised me as free wifi is not so easy to find in Vienna. Room was fairly clean though shared bathroom was less so. Overall served the purpose but not sure I'd highly recommend.

Guesthouse Arabella is a flat in quite good location with metro station just 2 minutes away. The place is safe, clean and warm. The room was spacefull and comfortable and we had the best sleep ever after all day walking .The service was great, and I definitely recommend this place for any budget traveler who prefers homely atmosphere to crowded hostels.
I'm terribly impressed by this guest house. First, the location is great. It's down the street from the Westbahnof (10 min walk), so you can catch a short (about 10 min) tram ride to the city center or a 5 minute ride to Schronbrunn Palace. It's also close to the shopping street Mariahilferstrasse...less than 3 min walk. It's not much to look at on the outside...there's not even a sign. It's an apartment building with a note next the the doorbell indicating the guesthouse. The proprietors don't live in the city, so it's best to indicate to them what time you're arriving. They're a really friendly husband and wife team, and they're very generous and fair with their business dealings. You might meet their dog, too...who's like 15 yrs old. Ok, about the rooms: The owners have multiple rooms in the apartment building on different floors. Ours was a 2 double bedroom apartment on the 10th floor (there was a lift). During our visit, there were no other guests in that room, so we had the whole place to ourselves. The room was simply furnished, but cute. There was the bed and a sofa. There was a laundry machine, which couldn't be used...it had to be reached by entering the kitchen through the other guest bed. I don't know if there was another laundry facility in the building. The bed was comfortable, and the en suite bathroom was nice and clean. But the best thing was the view from the window....you had a beautiful panoramic view of Vienna. So, if you go there ask for the double on the 10th floor with the panoramic view. I feel the the rate was reasonable, the location was great if you don't mind taking the tram, and the owners are reliable and fair. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
