The room was clean but smelly, the traffic noise pretty well precluded sleeping, the staff and owners were nice, I was charged more than what was agreed upon in our online booking by a few dollars, breakfast wasn't included, as was inferred, but there was a private bathroom, when I thought I was going to have to share. I've certainly stayed in worse!

Hotel Green Day Inn it´s a Colonial style house run by its owners; with all of the comfort and personal attention that you looking for on your vacations.
The hotel is located in the city of Alajuela, just 5 minutes of the International Airport of Costa Rica,in a really safe area and just 4 blocks from the Alajuela's Central Park and Cathedral, Museum, restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, banks, drugstores, bus stations to beaches, volcanoes and much more of Costa Rica.
An excellent base for tours to: Arenal Volcano & Hot Springs, Póas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens and Butterfly farm, White Water Rafting, Canopy, Tortuguero National Park, Irazú Volcano, Monteverde Cloud Forest, Sarchi Handcraft Stores, Sarapiquí River, Braulio Carrillo Rainforest & National Park and the best of Costa Rica.
*Single room with a matrimonial bed.
* Double room with two matrimonial beds.
* Triple room with three matrimonial beds.
All the rooms have TV for cable, fan, towels, hot water, Internet WI-FI, private parking, laundry service, rent a car, tourist information service and reservations to any tourism activity.
If you are traveling by car, ample parking is available on-site free of charge in the same hotel property.
Pets are not allowed.

We found very friendly and obliging people and we have stayed 2 nights here .
