Conditions

We offer our guests:
Apartment for 4 person (first floor): it have two bedrooms with one bathroom, small kitchen, and a big terrace with a view to the forest and the sea, it is air conditioning.
Studio apartment for 2+1 person(first floor): this apartment have one big duble bed, and one single bed, a small kitchen , private bathroom outside the apartment and a terrace with to the garden, pines and sea.
Apartment bungalow for 2+1 person(ground floor) : this apartment have one room with two single beds, third bed is in the living room, private bathroom, litle kitchen, and ground flor terrace with view to garden.
Duble room (first flor) with private bathrooms inside the room, and the terrace with overlooking the sea.
Twin room (first floor) with private bathroom and the window with a view to the garden.
Triple room (ground floor) with private bathroom, two single beds and one sofa bed, the room have the window with a view to the garden.

All rooms and apartments have their own fridge.
All linen and towels are included in the price of rooms, also the soap for hands.
Both mini-kitchen in apartments have all necessary utensils for preparing food.
Per person we give a one towel to use, more towels for the beach and the shower you should bring with you.
We offer free internet access (for guests with their own computer).
All our guests have the 'Komin' and barbecue for use with a terrace and tables in front.
We provide parking spaces for all our guests in front of the house.
The distance from the beach is 600-800m.
