The apartment was very basic. Very little dishes and accessories. It was more a studio. There were three of us and it was only one bedroom, no wardrobe to hang clothes, with the sofa being another bed. Location was good. I don't think I would book this property again when I visit Berlin.

Our apartments are right around the Kurfürstendamm, offering your own personal space right in the heart of Berlin!
Each of our apartments is fully-equipped with private bathrooms and kitchens and offers a clean and comfortable aesthetic. Our rates include ben linen and towels.
Our apartments are across two buildings, only 100m away from each other in the centre of Berlin. One building is directly on the Kurfürstendamm, home of high-end retailers, cinemas, galleries, cafes, restaurants and more. The other building is just around the corner on Droysenstraße, close to all the excitement but on a quieter side street - a few steps away and you're in the biggest shopping area in Berlin.
Our central location means you can quickly and easily reach all the sites and famous places by public transport.
You can request private parking for €10/night and Internet access (via UMTS) for €5/night.

Conditions
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 3 days before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking. No-shows shall be charged 80% of the total booking.
Please contact us by email stating your estimated arrival time so that we can prepare everything for your arrival.
After your booking we'll send you an email with the address of the booked apartment and a contact number for arranging the key handover.
