Claudia, on the desk, was excellent, and so was the cleaner. Breakfast was served in cafe around corner, and was poor. We were served stale rolls/croissants, and only brought fresh when we had eaten the stale food. Only one, mediocre coffee per person allowed.

This is a Trusted Review. Why?
Claudia, on the desk, was excellent, and so was the cleaner. Breakfast was served in cafe around corner, and was poor. We were served stale rolls/croissants, and only brought fresh when we had eaten the stale food. Only one, mediocre coffee per person allowed. The waitress that served us was unfriendly and surly. We went to the restaurant one night and had to move from the nicely laid tables, to plastic tables as we hadn't decided whether to eat there yet, or just have drinks. That made the decision for us. We can only mark down on the restaurant breakfast and restaurant staff. The hotel was in an excellent position, the room was great for our needs, and the hotel staff were efficient, helpful and very nice. Would highly recommend this hotel, and Naples as a city. Great coffee at Mexico, and fab snacks, sandwiches and cakes almost next door, opposite Dante Piazza. Very good pizza place in front of funiculare station too. Big snack fridge on front, and pizzeria behind. Used mostly by locals, not tourists. Ask for anything Italian and they will cook it in the downstairs kitchen for you, if you can make yourself understood! Very cheap, excellent food. Too good to not share this place with travellers.
