The complex consists of a mixture of 175 self-contained fully furnished apartments over 12 levels:

1 bedroom apartments with 2 bathrooms

2 bedroom apartments with 1 bathroom and a veranda

1 bedroom apartments can comfortably accommodate up to 4 persons (max 3 adults) and 2 bedroom apartments can accommodate up to 5 persons (max 4 adults). Security car parking is optional and subject to advanced reservation.

From Queen Street - Wakefield Street is located around half way up opposite Aotea Square. Tetra apartments are located at the top of Wakefield Street.
