It is exactly here, just outside the medieval city walls, where one finds the Carpediem Assisi Living Club. At our Residence, suitable for the entire family, our staff are available and ready to maintain the highest level of service to ensure you an unforgettable vacation.

The Residence is made up of apartments. The 2 person apartments consist of a loft with a double bed and a sofa bed. The 4 person apartments have a double bed and a double sofa bed. The 6 person apartments have one double bed, one double sofa bed and two twins beds. All apartments have a complete kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, satellite T.V., telephone, heating and air conditioning. Some apartments have a microwave oven and dishwasher.

Directions

The residence is situated at the base of Mount Subasio, in the hearth of the green valley of Umbria. Located just 5 kilometers from the historical center of Assisi, the Residence is not far from all the major roads and is easily reached in little time from all major tourist sites in the central Italy. Assisi is 170km from Florence and 180 km from Rome, easily reached by train in less than two hours. The train station is located in Santa Maria degli Angeli, just 12 km from the Residence.

Driving direction from Florence:
Take the Autostrada A1 towards Rome and exit at Valdichiana. From Valdichiana follow the superstrada towards Perugia / Assisi and exit at Santa Maria degli Angeli. From here follow the signs to reach Assisi and then the signs that indicate Gualdo Tadino. Once arriving at Piazza Matteotti at the top of Assisi, continue until you pass under the arch way that will lead you outside the city walls. Continue on this road still following the signage for Gualdo Tadino. After about 5 km, on your left, you will find the residence

Driving direction from Rome:
Coming from Rome on Autostrada A1 in the direction of Florence, exit at Orte and take the E45 in the direction of Cesena. You will arrive at the Perugia Collestrada (mall) follow the signage for Assisi- Foligno and exit at Assisi. Follow the directions as listed above for the residence
